Despite several opportunities having been granted, Shri R.D. Meena, learned counsel for the applicant has not been able to produce any rule or notification to the effect that a divorced wife is eligible for receiving  family pension on the death of the original pensioner.  

Today also, the case has been called twice and learned counsel for the applicant is not present with Shri Bharat Sharma, appearing as proxy in his place.

Shri Bharat Sharma, appearing as proxy for Shri R.D. Meena, learned counsel for the applicant is also unable to provide any clarification on this issue.

In these circumstances, it is not deemed appropriate to keep this matter  pending any further and accordingly the Original Application is dismissed at the stage of admission itself as being devoid of force.
