Shri Mukesh Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicant, at the very outset, stated that the applicant has since retired from the services and, therefore, nothing survives in the present Original Application. 

Accordingly, Original Application is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

In view of the order passed in O.A., nothing survives in M.A. No. 291/754/2018 for vacation of interim order and the same is also rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
