After arguing the matter for some time, Shri Hemant Taylor, appearing as proxy for Shri Salim Khan, learned counsel for the applicant wishes to withdraw the present Original Application with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, present O.A. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
