At the very outset, Shri Anupam Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondents stated that the transfer order of applicant has already been cancelled by the respondents and, therefore, nothing survives in the present O.A.

The fact as stated by Shri Agarwal has not been disputed by Shri R.D. Meena, learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the above, O.A. is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
